Suzanne Dore

Suzanne Dore is an author-illustrator and freelance graphic-designer, based in Bristol, UK. She grew up in Guernsey, Channel Islands. She has a degree in Fine Art (Printmaking) from Manchester Metropolitan University; has completed many children’s book courses; and has been longlisted and shortlisted in various illustration competitions over the years. Her love of colour and composition shine throughout her work and has been creating beautiful, illustrated worlds ever since she can remember. She believes that books make the world a better place.

Her debut book as an author-illustrator, I PROMISE, is to be published by Chronicle Books and comes out in spring 2027.
