Morgan deBoer

Morgan deBoer grew up in New Jersey in a family that valued storytelling, reading, and the ocean. A military spouse, she has lived in Virginia, San Diego, Japan, England, France, and New York City. Each of these places, their culture, and their literature has shaped her own storytelling, though Oxford, the land of Lewis Carroll and Philip Pullman really inspired her to write for children.She now lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and three young children, her first readers.
